Please ensure you schedule adequate time for us to complete everything you ask. If not, we will finish handling everything you requested and bill you for the extra time. We use Google maps to look up the round-trip miles to your address from our nearest location and may assess a travel charge based on the distance.
Additional Fees
Up to 10 round trip miles included + $2.00 for each additional mile over 10

Additional mileage is charged per visit, both ways for addresses more than 5 miles from our nearest location.

Last Minute Booking Fee (Less than 12 hours notice)- $10.00 extra per visit

Sometimes emergencies happen – our goal is to help you when you need it most, even at the last minute. While we’ll attempt to accommodate last minute requests, until you receive an email confirmation from us, you don’t have an appointment.
After Hours Visits- $10.00 extra per visit
